If you are looking for healthy quick dishes to make dishes then Mee Goreng has got to head to the top of the ‘must make’ list. Great to have as a go to dish and its easy to meal prep.
A Malay dish that is layered with flavor. It has it all but I especially like to give it some extra sambal but for this recipe i’ll keep it toned down. But feel free to give it some extra kick!
