Our sign-up fee is $159. This covers the cost of setting up your accounts and direct debit with our third-party billing provider.
You have a pause period of 4 weeks.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the cook date, $105 will be charged.
$20 per cook date will be charged during the paused period.
You will be charged on the day of your cook on a recurring basis.
We will close over Christmas. This period is does not affect your pause period.
We use reusable plastic containers that are used in rotation.
There is a refundable deposit of $40 for the containers.
A $15 delivery fee will be applied. May vary for outer Melbourne.Pick up option available at no cost.
Groceries are charged separately to the service. We use an online delivery service where you have your own account and pay directly to the supplier. This is charged separately so we can offer a wider range of dishes and focus on using quality produce over profit margins.
We accommodate a variety of dietary preferences – e.g. paleo, weight-loss, fertility, fodmap & pregnancy and personalize your menu each week based on your needs.
